"For that, she hopes to gain the Avengers' recognition and support, as well as the possibility of further cooperation with Stark Industries in the future."

"Her main target is you," Eve added.

"Oh?" Leon raised a brow, signaling for Eve to continue.

"Because you are the leader of the Avengers Alliance, and also the superhero whose support she is most likely to obtain."

"But you're always away, Tony is the same, Steve Rogers has recently been busy dealing with the UN Security Council, and Hawkeye and Black Widow have been out on missions the whole time."

"So she couldn't find anyone to contact in the Avengers Alliance, and I've used that as an excuse to decline working with her," Eve said.

"What? You don't think highly of her 'Sentry Program'?" Leon asked with a smile.

"No."

Eve shook her head. "I investigated her privately. This so-called 'Sentry Program' requires a great many expendable materials. I don't like that."

"Darling, you're truly kind and adorable." Leon pinched Eve's cheek, then asked with a half-smile, "Most of this information didn't come from Valentina herself, did it?"

"If she were stupid enough to reveal that much, there'd be no need to cooperate with her."
