Mobius gained several Devil Fruit powers, protected Thunder God Island, and helped Fish-Man Island secure a path toward Whitebeard’s protection. After becoming the island’s national advisor, he faced Kaido, whose arrival turned their clash into a battle of dragons.

• Vegapunk revealed that Mobius could combine unlimited Devil Fruit powers, gave him an Artificial Azure Dragon Fruit, and sent him to sea with Borsalino to search for Pure Gold.
• Mobius ate the Artificial Azure Dragon Fruit and the Axolotl Fruit, then defeated Avalo Pizarro when he attacked Thunder God Island and claimed the Dark-Dark Fruit.
• Mobius used the Dark-Dark Fruit to take Zoan powers from experimental blades, experimented with fused forms, and restored Thunder God Island’s lightning clouds.
• Mobius met Shyarly on Fish-Man Island and learned from her vision that Fisher Tiger would die overseas, so he urged Neptune to seek Whitebeard’s protection through trade and mutual support.
• Neptune appointed Mobius national preceptor, and Mobius defeated Jinbe in a sparring match while learning the strengths of Fish-Man Karate and Jujutsu.
• Mobius stored Fish-Man Island’s Poneglyphs, used Shyarly’s fortune-telling to find the Mark-Mark Fruit, and captured Vander Decken IX and his crew after they attacked Hatchan.
• Kaido crashed through Fish-Man Island’s coating and defeated Jinbe, then Mobius confronted him as both transformed into dragons and their fire and lightning attacks engulfed the island’s upper level.

Mobius defeated Kaido, forged alliances to strengthen Fish-Man Island, and traveled to Elbaf to seek Scopper Gaban and help Loki find a cure for Ida. The arc ended with Mobius and Shyarly reaching Loki in the Underworld.

• Mobius defeated Kaido by stripping away his Azure Dragon powers and casting him into the deep sea, then drove off the Charlotte brothers and killed them after taking their Devil Fruits.
• Mobius brought Neptune, Whitebeard, Harald, Shakky, Rayleigh, and Tiger together to plan trade, defend Wano, and shelter the people Tiger had rescued.
• Mobius recruited Tesoro to organize Fish-Man Island’s resources, then traveled with Rayleigh and Shyarly to Elbaf to meet Scopper Gaban.
• Mobius visited Saul’s Owl Library, absorbed its books with the Book-Book Fruit, and learned that Ida was gravely ill from ergot fungus poisoning.
• Mobius told Loki and Hajrudin that Devil Fruits might cure Ida, and Shyarly’s vision showed Loki destroying a giant village while gripping an old giant.
• Scopper Gaban told Mobius how Estelida cast Loki into the Underworld and how Ida became his closest companion, then asked Mobius to watch over Loki.
• Mobius agreed in exchange for Scopper Gaban teaching him a secret skill, then led Shyarly into the snowy Underworld and followed a scarred wolf toward Loki.
• Mobius and Shyarly found a tall figure hammering at something, and the figure demanded to know who was there.
