"I can't believe this is real..."
"That person is... the leader?"
"That's right! He destroyed the entire Kyln Prison! Nice job!"
"It felt great, sure! But I still feel like there should've been an explosion or something..."

Space had always maintained a deathly silence due to the vacuum lacking any medium for sound to travel through. That was nothing strange.
What was strange was that the prisoners aboard the hundreds of spacecraft that had just flown out of Kyln Prison, who should have been celebrating wildly, were also completely silent.
They watched the enormous Kyln Prison, which had stood in space for years, vanish before their eyes as though it had never existed at all. It felt like a dream.
The silence lasted until Su Ming calmly returned to the ship, when it was finally broken by noisy discussion.
For a time, the topic of discussion aboard every ship was astonishingly consistent—Su Ming.
Excitement gleamed in everyone's eyes as they enthusiastically recounted every detail about Su Ming, spittle flying everywhere.

The prison guards who had impulsively escaped alongside the prisoners had not even had time to regret it before feeling immensely fortunate.
On one hand, they were glad they had followed their hearts and fled. Otherwise, would they have been reduced to nothingness along with Kyln Prison?
On the other hand, after witnessing Su Ming's power, the guards no longer felt entirely hopeless even if they faced the Nova Corps' reckoning in the future.
Because they now had a new backer—the seriously badass kind.
The hundreds of ships trembled at once, and their earthshaking cheers seemed ready to pierce through space
