The Warriors Three had followed Thor through countless battles over the years and were renowned warriors of Asgard.
Looking at the Destroyer, which had once rendered great service to Asgard, none of them had any lingering thoughts.
The Destroyer had clearly been sent to deal with Thor. Since the Warriors Three had defied the king's command and chosen Thor's side, the Destroyer was now their enemy.
"We split up."
Excitement and fighting spirit flashed in their eyes as the warriors instantly settled on a tactic.
Though the Destroyer seemed to have only one simple move—an energy cannon.
Every building it passed had been blasted apart.
After casually blowing up a gas station, the Destroyer advanced forcefully toward them, its figure walking through the flames like a messenger from Hell.
"For Asgard—"
Volstagg, a warrior who looked every bit like a Viking berserker, charged forward.
He raised his battle axe and flew toward the Destroyer with a roar, his momentum unstoppable.
But in the next instant, the Destroyer sent him flying with a backhanded slap, faster than he had come.
Volstagg's disastrous opening attack embedded him in a car windshield with tremendous force.
The Destroyer strode over, lowered its head, and shifted its facial structure as it charged an energy cannon, intending to finish off this overconfident fool.
A light carrying the aura of Destruction flickered around the Destroyer. Just as Volstagg thought he was done for—
A longsword pierced through the Destroyer's back, passed through its neck, and nailed it to the ground.
The light within the Destroyer gradually went out.
It was Sif, Asgard's strongest female warrior.
While Volstagg charged head-on, Sif had circled around for a backstab. Clearly, the tactic had worked.
Just as Sif and Volstagg exchanged a knowing glance, the Destroyer's bent body began to change.
