For this war, Santo the Arcane Mage had mobilized nearly all the forces of Santo City of Arcane, gathering a great number of Great Legendaries. Four Monarchs had even come to hold the line.
Within the Spellcaster Civilization, the three Cities of Arcane were like three great armies, each responsible for its own territory. The war with the Rock Clan had broken out in the region long overseen by Santo City of Arcane.
As the Supreme Arcane Mage of Santo City of Arcane, Santo the Arcane Mage naturally wanted to end the war with his city's strength alone.
But the fighting had become a brutal War of Civilizations. Great Legendaries had entered the fray, and every Legendary Mage who died was a loss to the entire Spellcaster Civilization.
Worse still, the Spellcaster Civilization was losing ground. Both sides had suffered casualties since the War of Civilizations began, but the Spellcaster Civilization had taken the heavier losses.

This was the first time he had personally commanded so many spellcasters in a War of Civilizations.
And his opponent was one of the strongest Alien Civilizations the Spellcaster Civilization had encountered in three thousand years.
