The Plane closest to Merlin was called the Golva Plane. It was easy to find on the Plane map, and it belonged to a Great Legendary named Golwa.

Merlin flew into the Plane alone and soon found a bustling city. Most of the people coming and going were Spellcasters, and quite a few of them were even Legendary Mages.

This was vastly different from the Chaotic Region. Although there had also been quite a few Legendary figures in the Chaotic Region, there had never been nearly so many as there were here. In truth, this was because the Spellcaster Civilization was powerful enough in the Boundless Region. Once they occupied a Plane, it was relatively easy for them to hold it.

Thus, many Spellcasters had gradually made their way to the Boundless Plane.

**Great Mages went to the Chaotic Region, while Great Legendary figures came to the Boundless Region. This seemed to have long been common knowledge among many Spellcasters.

It was Merlin's first time in the Boundless Region, and he knew nothing of its circumstances. As he walked down the streets, he saw its prosperity, with all manner of exquisite Spellcasting tools spread across the roadside.

Merlin watched with great interest. Just when he had no clue where to begin, many Spellcasters ahead suddenly became animated.

"Someone's hiring helpers again. Tsk, tsk, this time they're really throwing money around—ten million Elemental Crystals."

"The terms are good, but are you a Legendary Mage? They're asking specifically for Legendary Mages to help guard a Plane."

Merlin caught fragments of their discussion and walked over. There was only a white wall there, but when he sensed the fluctuations of those Spellcasters' Mental Power, his heart stirred, and he extended his own Mental Power toward it.
