In the pitch-black Void Realm, a massive warship began to flicker with faint glimmers of light. Its hull possessed exceptional stealth capabilities; even a Supreme Existence might fail to discover it without conducting a careful search.
"Beep. Captain, we have received the marshal's orders. We are to withdraw from the battle zone immediately—the farther, the better. There may very well be danger."
A soldier aboard the warship relayed the marshal's command.
The man addressed as captain wore a suit of Graylight Armor. Even in the Atlan Civilization, such armor was exceedingly precious. Clearly, anyone qualified to command a Void-Class Warship possessed an extraordinary status, which was why he was entitled to wear Graylight Armor.
"Danger? What a pity. Our warship lay hidden for so long and fired three Destruction Beams in succession, yet failed to kill even a single Supreme Existence. That truly leaves me unwilling to accept it."
The captain was somewhat unwilling, but this was the marshal's command and could not be defied. Thus, he immediately issued the order, and the Void-Class Warship began to move.
"Maintain vigilance. The marshal told us to watch our safety. A Supreme Existence from the Void Realm may very well be flying toward us."
The captain was extremely cautious. Though inwardly, he did not believe that a Supreme Existence could find them merely by relying on those three beams of light.
That would have been far too inconceivable. Besides, the distance was so great that no one could possibly find this place within such a short time.
Yet some things lay beyond everyone's expectations. As the Void-Class Warship slowly started up, an airship appeared before it.
There had not even been the slightest warning. Only after it drew close did they detect it.
"Beep beep beep. Danger detected. Please evacuate immediately."
The
