Ian explained the plan to Odin and Frigga. Once they accepted it, he began. The first step was refining a potion to deal with Odin's Faith Poison.

The poison had already penetrated deep into his marrow, so it was impossible to eliminate it completely. Ian therefore chose to concentrate most of the poison in one area, then amputate that part of the body.

He wasted no time and immediately got to work. Odin allowed him to use Asgard's resources because he needed to modify the potion's formula to suit this world's needs, and he did not want to use his own materials. A week later, the potion was ready. Odin drank it, and his right arm turned dark purple. Ian then amputated it.

The next step was upgrading Odin's Sleep chamber. The process exposed him to Asgard's highly advanced technology, which would greatly benefit both him and the Empire. Once the upgrade was complete, the chamber could sustain Odin's bodily functions while he revived his Soulfire.

For this treatment, Ian enchanted the room containing the sleep chamber. He even connected the enchantments to the Soul Stone, providing the treatment with ample energy.

"As you know, the final step of this treatment is altering your genetic code and turning you into a Pure Energy Lifeform," Ian explained. "Before we begin that step, I've left you a virtual-reality headset so you can practice or simulate the process. Make good use of it."

He was extremely interested in Odin's final transformation. For various reasons, he had abandoned the path of becoming a half-energy, half-flesh lifeform, but he had still created spells that could turn him into an energy being when necessary. Thus, he was very interested in the data from Odin's transformation.

"I am once again deeply grateful for everything you've done for
