This still isn't enough, she thought through gritted teeth. Her powerful soul warned her that this level of enhancement was far from enough to deal with Jean-Claude. "The Planar Will," Jean-Claude muttered. "Is this its final counterattack?"

"This power..." Selasi murmured as she felt her body transform. She did not dwell on the changes for long. Instead, she fixed Claude with a gaze filled with murderous intent.

"You look quite confident," the Arcanist said calmly.

"I'll make you pay for the suffering you brought to this world," Selasi said, making no attempt to hide the hatred in her eyes. However, Claude's response left her stunned. Not only did he show no fear, he even chuckled softly.
