"Why are you staring at me like this?" Diana asked with a slight frown. "This seems rude."

"Because I'm curious."

"Curious about what?"

"Your presence," Ian replied.

"What do you mean?"

"Forgive me for asking such a personal question, is Zeus your father?"

Ian knows that Diana has two origin versions: one is that she is the daughter of Queen Zeus and Hippolyta, and the other is that she was shaped from clay and given to Divine Power.

"Yes, but is there any problem with this?" She also became curious.

"I have seen gods and their offspring before. The Divinity in them makes the way of reproduction completely different from that of humans, but there are still some rules. According to my experience, children born from the union of gods and humans usually face four fates:"

Stillbirth: They will die in the mother's womb.

Reduced to Mortal: They will become ordinary people without abilities. This phenomenon is rare, but it does happen.

Transform into aberrations: They will turn into aberration-like monsters, whose very existence seems to be evil and repulsive.

Inherit Divine Power: They will inherit [Authority] from their god parents.

"I should belong to the third category, but why do you say my existence is an anomaly?" Diana asked in confusion.

"That's true, but I noticed that as a Demigod, you have some abnormalities. You did not inherit the power of lightning from Zeus."

"Isn't this enough for me to be called an abnormality?" Diana asked.

"You are right. Although I have never seen Demigod who did not inherit his parents Authority, it can also be explained that you used your overwhelming speed, strength and invulnerable physique to make up for the lack of this ability.

"Another anomaly is that you are unable to absorb Faith Power, which is fundamental to the survival of any divine being. I can feel the Divine Power flowing through your veins, it is so pure."

"Is this a bad thing?"

"No, on the contrary. Without the restrictions of faith, you have Infinity potential - a potential that even gods can Envy. However, I can't help but wonder, was your birth intentional or an accident?"

"What exactly are you trying to imply?"

"Nothing," Ian shook his head. "Based on what I know about Zeus, I doubt whether he has the ability to conceive such a brilliant idea. Therefore, you are most likely an accident - no, not an accident, but a miracle of the universe. You have inherited all the advantages of the gods, but you do not have their weaknesses."

A light flashed in Ian's eyes, and he realized what was unique about Wonder Woman. If one day he had to embark on the path to becoming a god, he would emulate her situation and combine it with his knowledge of the Ancient Godss in his native universe who also did not rely on faith.

"You have no respect for the gods?" she asked with a frown.

"Oh, I apologize for that. I know I should respect other people's cultures and beliefs, especially on someone else's territory."

Diana looked at him. She could hear his apology for saying these words to her, but as far as the words themselves were concerned, she knew that this man despised the gods for some reason. However, she decided not to ask further.

"I accept your apology."

"Thank you," Ian replied with a smile. "Look at my memory. You must have something to do when you came to me, but before you could say anything, I went off topic. How can I help you?"

"I would like to ask Man's World what it is like now. Are there many mages like you there? Have their development reached this level?"

Ian could see the curiosity and desire in her eyes. "If this is your view of the outside world, I'm afraid you will be disappointed."

"Oh, why?"

"I come from an alternate dimension full of magic, but here, magic is a rare thing that a few people master."

"Is that so?" she murmured. "Wait, if you come from a different dimension, how do you know my father? Have you been to Olympus?"

"No, but he exists in my dimension. Well, it should be said that he is one of his peers," Ian lied calmly, without showing any guilt.

"Sounds a bit complicated. So don't you know anything about Man's World?"

"Well, let me think about it." He secretly cast a spell to detect the living beings closer to the island and read their thoughts.

"It's 1912 now? Does that mean World War I will explode in two years?"

"World war?" Diana asked.

"Yes, they are about to start a huge war."

"You said it was the first time? Do you mean there will be a second time?" Diana asked eagerly.

"Yes, but that was more than twenty years later."

"How do you know this information?"

"As a dimensional traveler, the way I experience time is not linear."

Diana calmed down and fell into deep thought. If the outside world was about to enter an era of chaos, she felt that she had the responsibility to do something. However, she knew that her mother would not easily allow her to leave the island. She looked at Ian and asked:

"Can you tell me about your travels?"

"Of course."

In the next few hours, he talked about many things he had seen and experienced, and Diana listened carefully.

"I didn't expect the world to be so vast and wonderful," Diana sighed, making no secret of his yearning.

"Indeed, I believe you will have the opportunity to experience it for yourself. But it is getting late now, you should go back."

"You're right," Diana nodded, and she saw through the window that the sun was about to rise.

"Thank you for chatting with me," she said and flew away. He watched her leave, then closed his eyes and continued to meditate. However, less than thirty minutes later, he heard the sound of the door being broken in around him, and then felt something binding him.

Ian opened his eyes calmly and saw that he was surrounded by a group of Amazon people with a rope tied to them.

"Your Majesty, I thought we had reached a consensus."

"That's true, but before we establish any form of contact, we need to confirm whether you are trustworthy," Queen Hippolyta said while holding the other end of the rope.

'This should be Lasso of Truth,' he analyzed in his mind.

"Tell me who you are and why you came to our island."

Lasso Blink glowed with golden light, but other than that there was no other reaction. Ian looked at it calmly.

"An interesting Divine Artifact," he commented. "I could easily replicate its ability to compel people to tell the truth, but its indestructible properties are worth studying."

"It didn't work!" one Amazon man exclaimed.

"How is this possible?" Hippolyta muttered to himself, and then activated Lasso again. "Tell me your origin."

"Don't waste your efforts," Ian said. "If it were in the hands of a powerful being, this weapon might be able to work on me, but it won't work in your hands."

He looked at the queen.

"I understand. The gods have disappeared, and you want me to help repair the protective barrier on your island."

As soon as he finished speaking, the rope fell to the ground, because he had already sealed the Divine Power inside.

"If you need my help, we can have a normal conversation as equals. There is no need to engage in these useless tricks."

Now that he knows something is wrong with Olympians, he doesn't have to be cautious when dealing with Amazon people. In addition, he can use the time of the spacecraft maintenance to obtain some benefits, such as scanning Life Code of Wonder Woman and studying their other Divine Artifact.

"Who are you?" the queen asked, wariness rising in her heart.

"Like I said, I just accidentally fell here," Ian replied. "And as you can see, if I want to hurt you, no one can stop me - not even your daughter."

The room was quiet for a moment.

"Now, if you don't mind, please leave my room. I'll give you a few days to calm down and then we'll talk about it. Hopefully, by then, you'll have a straightened up attitude."

He waved his hand, and all Amazon people were teleported outside. Then, the room automatically returned to its original state, and Ian continued to close his eyes and meditate.
