Ian was suspended in mid-air with his legs crossed, and blood seeped out from all the orifices on his face. Although his face was covered in blood, he still looked calm as the surrounding space was distorted. His willpower was confronting Speed Force's consciousness, while his mind and soul were traveling through it, collecting as much data as possible.
With the souls of Barry and other speedsters as guides, Speed Force was as familiar to him as home, allowing him to travel freely and understand all aspects of it. This process was intoxicating, and his mind was running faster than ever before; he felt an absolute freedom.
"Wow!"
Ian opened his mouth and spit out a large mouthful of blood. A bottle of Potions appeared in front of him, and he drank it in one gulp.
"How do you feel?" House-elf asked.
"Very good, very good," he replied hoarsely.
"So, we got what we wanted?"
"Not only that, my willpower has finally reached level 9."
Chris's meditation technology has improved his willpower before, and this confrontation is the opportunity he needs to break through to new heights.
He can feel it as soon as he opens his eyes. The world has become different and everything will feel better, because he now firmly believes that he can cross the threshold of Eleventh Tier.
"Great." Not only has her boss's mental state been improved, but they can finally copy Speed Force. The application of Speed Force goes far beyond just surviving in Time Game. If the Speed Force dimension is used as her At the core, her processing power will be greatly improved, and she will eventually break through the previous bottleneck and become an entity at the same level as Cosmic Will. By then, her computing power will be equivalent to Infinity versions of herself from Multiverse performing calculations at the same time.
"How's your injury?"
"The soul is injured, but it can be restored after a few months of cultivation," Ian replied.
"Okay then. What next? Do you want to start building your own Speed Force right away?"
"No. The original Speed Force may interfere with our actions. Moreover, in order to prevent long nights and dreams, it is time to leave this world."
"Are we leaving right away?"
"No, there is still something valuable in this world," Ian replied. His next step was to clean up the mess left by Barry's actions. First, he erased everyone on the planet's memory of paranormal phenomena or Superman-like things.
Second, he released a virus on the planet that modified the DNA of all Earthlings, or Life Code. Human DNA in this world was very prone to mutations when exposed to Dark Matter or other forms of energy or cosmic forces; and now, that is no longer the case.
The third step is to do the same for all Earths that Team Flash has come into contact with or has any contact with, including Kara and Kryptonians's Origin Land Earth-38 (Earth-38).
Finally, Ian must eliminate the Harrison Wells variant that created Speed Force Armor for the team and erase all traces of his existence.
"Did you go too far?" Morgana asked.
"Harrison Wells has the potential to develop Omniversal Travel Technology. Although his chances are slim compared to Rick or the Doctor, he still has this potential - especially after the Great Merge ends, the world will be drastically changed. I have to eliminate any possibility of him succeeding and coming back for revenge."
"I guess you have a point. But what about Speed Force? It should remember what you did."
"I doubt Speed Force would go to that extreme level for a Barry in the Infinity version. However, your words reminded me that after we reach the Eleventh Tier position, we should come back and take a look."
"You are still as paranoid as ever. So, where will you go next?"
"First, we need to get some magic."
His primary goal is to obtain Helmet of Fate, which is a DC Universe version of Doctor Strange--Doctor Fate. This helmet allows him to communicate with and draw power from an entity named Lord of Order.
Ian doesn't care too much about this power, because he knows that in Marvel and DC's mage system, this magic system that borrows the power of gods and creatures has flaws. With the help of this helmet, he can better understand this magic system, and it will be much easier to learn.
His next target - Shazam - also had the same purpose. He deepened his understanding of this warlock Parademons method.
For their next target, Ian and Morgana spent some time navigating and Divination, before landing on the correct timeline and planet. While [Netheril] was in stealth mode, they witnessed a fierce battle between a Green Lantern and an army. Green Lantern won the battle, but was also killed in the process.
As the last light of his life faded, the ring flew away to find its next owner. Of course Ian would not let it escape, because that was his goal; he did not even let the soul of Green Lantern rest in peace, but stole his memories before he died.
"It's amazing, isn't it?" Ian commented as he looked at the ring wrapped in a powerful shield.
"Yes, a magical weapon that weaponizes willpower; this thing couldn't be more perfect for you. If you weren't such a bad guy, this thing would probably choose you directly."
"Is it necessary to say that last sentence?" Ian turned over Byakugan, but Morgana ignored him. "The good news is that this thing belongs to the category of magic, so it should be easier to research and copy."
Morgana was only half right. They quickly recreated the magic behind the ring, but it collapsed after one use. Eventually, they concluded that they needed to travel to Oa--Guardians's habitat, where the core secrets of the ring were stored.
After understanding the potential of the ring, Ian did not want to have a head-on conflict with Green Lantern Corps, which was not worth it. So, he used the memory stolen from the dead Green Lantern who had stolen the ring from him.
He released a weaponized Obscurus somewhere in Milky Way Galaxy, creating a man-made crisis. As expected, Green Lantern Corps sent 90% of its members to contain the destructive power of Obscurus. Ian took advantage of this opportunity to infiltrate their main headquarters and found the core secret of the ring.
After this adventure, it was only a matter of time before he made his own version of the ring.
Green light enveloped Ian, and he felt a surging power surge through his body. His willpower underwent transformation, allowing him to use it effortlessly and reach higher heights.
"I can now destroy this universe with this ring," he commented. The ring gave him Tenth Tier-level power. Although he found that its applications were limited to creating weapons and energy blasts, it was still Tenth Tier-level power, and it was obtained without the assistance of Floating City.
Of course, another drawback is that he occasionally needs to charge it, but he is very satisfied with this portable Tenth Tier-bit weapon. All he has to do is wear an extra ring on his finger.
He spent some time researching and making this ring, and by the time he was finished, the damage to his soul had been healed. Before leaving this world, he still needed to do two things: say goodbye to Diana.
