"See if you can locate Netheril now?" Ian asked.

"I understand." Morgana frowned and took a moment. "Found it."

A screen appeared in front of Ian, and his eyes immediately narrowed. "That is?"

"I'm afraid so."

Ian snorted. "This is far from good news."

"What do we do now?"

"I need a concrete plan to have any chance of getting it back. By the way, wouldn't it be more cost-effective to just abandon it and build a new one?"

"No, we left something irreplaceable inside, so we have to get it back no matter what," Morgana replied. "Also, can you really give it up?"

"Of course not," Ian muttered. He regarded [Netheril] as his first masterpiece in the field of Alchemy, and considering its sentimental value, he would not give it up easily.

"The matter of recapturing Netheril must be put off for now until I become stronger and more prepared. Now, check the situation of Albion."

"Okay." Morgana didn't take long this time and gave the answer almost immediately. Then, she showed him an image of a dragon chained up.

"He was caught? By whom? Why?"

"Wait a minute. Let me use Reversal Spell to check what happened to him." It took a while to cast this spell.

"Apparently, he landed in a nearby star system from Earth-125. After recovering from his injuries, he checked to see if there were any planets with life around him, and then discovered the Earth.

"He fought with Avengers, defeating or killing a number of people before trying to conquer the planet. Then, the Ancient One stepped in and sealed him away."

"I swear this dragon is extremely unlucky," Ian sighed. "Can you detect whether his soul has been breached?" The situation may worsen if Earth-125's the Ancient One discovers general knowledge about the Empire or even his universe from Albion's memories.

"It doesn't seem like it, but my calculations show that there's a lot of room for error."

Ian mused. As part of the agreement that took him on this journey, he placed strict restrictions on the dragon's soul.

However, some of these methods may not work or be weakened in this universe, so he must consider this possibility.

"It seems I have to go find him," he muttered. Ian did not leave immediately, but turned his perception to his second heart. He felt powerful mana surging in Dragon Heart's heart.

"How much energy are we harvesting?"

"Your current energy is equivalent to 27 universes, which is comparable to the intermediate Demon Gods."

"Considering that only 150 years have passed, this is already an amazing improvement. But how do you know Demon Gods?"

"Based on the written records left by Agamotto, I calculated the strength of Demon Gods:

"1-25 universes are low-level, 26-50 are mid-level, 51-75 are high-level, and above 76 are King Level."

"This reminds me of Kekkei Genkai," Ian muttered softly. "Anyway, if there are more than 76 King Level, the strength gap between them may be very huge." A king who conquered or devoured 200 universes would be far more powerful than a king who only had 76 universes. So, depending on which Demon God King he faced, the difference in strength could be a nightmare.

"Do you think I have to accumulate a certain amount of energy before I can try to reach Tier 11?" Ian asked.

"This question is worth discussing," Morgana responded. "For example, if someone has the power to destroy a million universes, does this power still belong to the category of Tier 10, or does it have no essential emotion? In this case they would be considered Tier 11? What about Tier 12? We know they can destroy a Multiverse, but what is the difference between them and Tier 11?"

"Let's figure it out." For information like this that takes a lot of time and resources to research, it's best to just get the answer.

So, Ian visited Akashic Records to find his answers. His new powers increased his security clearance, allowing him to obtain more valuable information.

"The lowest level attempted before reaching Tier 11 is the equivalent of 1000 universes of energy," Ian states. "The base power of Tier 11 Multiverse Entity is 100,000 universes. They are able to access the energy of their own variant in Multiverse and use it as they wish."

"What a huge gap," Morgana muttered.

"100,000 is just the minimum standard. Depending on a person's soul level or achievements and other factors, the number of variants that Tier 11 can absorb energy will increase."

Ian suddenly narrowed his eyes.

"What's wrong?"

"My theory is correct - there is such a thing as Perfect Tier 11." The way Multiverse evolved makes it impossible for one person to exist in every timeline, as some timelines are so different from each other that one might think they are not even part of the same concept of existence.

"According to them, Perfect Tier 11 is on par with the weakest Tier 12, and it is much easier for them to enter the next First Tier."

"Does it say anything about how to reach Tier 12? Or even any information about it?"

"No, this information is still beyond my security clearance."

"That's a shame. At least, we know a little more now than before. Plus, I'm sure that after you reach Tier 11, Merlin will appear."

Ian nodded. "Okay, what's the next item on the schedule?"

"Will Tempering World is ready. You can use it now to achieve Tier 10 willpower before we enter the Second Tier segment of the experiment."

"That's good news. What else?"

"Three months ago, Dark Kamar-Taj was officially established."

"Oh? What year is it now?"

"2008?"

"So, three years have passed outside? Let me see." Ian checked the results. After seeing more than 150 mages with the same eyes as Kaecilius, he nodded. "In such a short period of time, Kaecilius did an excellent job. However, this is not enough." Ian sent him a message praising him and telling him to speed up the progress. He also allowed Kaecilius to see the souls of his family members once.

"What else?"

"Mordo should be back soon, and the new Sanctum Sanctorum has been built, thus strengthening the Earth's defense system."

"More good news," Ian smiled and nodded. "How is my apprentice doing?" He informed and recognized Loki's progress six months before meeting him, so he granted Loki permission to enter the Gate of Truth and Kamar-Taj mission systems.

"In the past three years, he has been working hard to perform the most difficult tasks for his level of strength. In the mage system, he can now be considered to have reached the pinnacle of the Tier 5 continental level."

Ian nodded. Without the blessing of countless resources, Loki would not have been able to reach Tier 5 within three years using Arcane System. However, his current skills have allowed him to create illusions on a continental scale, or deceive one of the Empire's Tier 5 Arcanist.

"Finally, you should go see your clones because the main event is about to begin."

"Okay." Ian closed his eyes and synchronized with his clone.

"So, where are Tony Stark?" asked Ian, now World Security Council's deputy minister, a position once held by Alexander Pierce.

Fury wrinkled his one eye. S.H.I.E.L.D. had just learned about the disappearance of Stark and had no intention of reporting it to the council until the problem was solved.

Yet, somehow, they already knew. He didn't like that the council member who had recently risen to power at an alarming rate had so much control over his organization - even though it was his job to oversee S.H.I.E.L.D..

"The situation is still developing and we know very little. However, I assure you we will resolve it as quickly as possible."

"I know you will," Ian responded. "I'm not here to accuse or pressure you. I just want to get an update on the situation and if you need any help to resolve the issue as soon as possible."

"So far, I don't need anything."

Although Fury has some complaints about the new council member, he must also admit that compared with Alexander Pierce, who handed him the position of director, the latter is the most talkative.

"Very good." Ian ended the communication.
