Ian's eyes were fixed on the past, and he saw the truth. Before Kaecilius pursued Kamar-Taj and mysticism to save his wife, she had done the same thing before him when their child was dying. In fact, he only came up with the idea when he was sorting through her belongings after her death.
One of Adria's attempts was a ritual that linked her to Mephisto. From that day on, her soul and that of the child secretly belonged to the Hell lord, and he had been planning how to come to Material World.
In fact, according to what Ian saw, Mephisto almost succeeded by deceiving Adria, but she noticed it at the last moment and stopped.
After that, Mephisto began to lurk in search of opportunities, and his chance finally came when Ian summoned these souls from Afterlife.
"There is no such thing in the information we have before, which means our information is incomplete, or--"
"This timeline has been completely changed," Morgana continued.
"What else is different than expected?" Ian asked. His clone was supposed to do this kind of job.
"There are no surprises yet, but we have confirmed that people from the Defenders Alliance and S.H.I.E.L.D., such as Skye, Jemma and Leo, do not exist in this timeline."
"These are talented people who would be of great help to us if they were here," Ian commented. If these people had access to his training and knowledge, they would surely shine in this world.
"We need to plan ahead," Morgana suggested.
"Indeed," Ian nodded, ready to take action. "Wait, we have another bad news."
"What is it?"
"The twins are missing?"
"What?" He immediately went to verify, and sure enough, Wanda and her brother were no longer in the family where he placed them.
"Mephisto should have taken action."
"She is Scarlet Witch. Of course he will be interested," Morgana explained. "So, what do we do now?"
"Do what we always do: prepare for all possibilities, especially the worst-case scenario. First, let's distract Mephisto so he doesn't have much time to deal with us."
With a thought, he scanned the entire planet and found all the people in this place who were the most sinful or Negative Karma. He cursed these people to die quickly within the next five years, and then focused his attention on those who were about to die immediately.
[Soul Corrosion]
Ian then implanted foul corruption in their souls, and even Soulfire. Watching these people die, he turned his attention to other parts of the universe and did the same thing.
"Well done. Even these Hell lords should have a headache when dealing with these corrupted souls," Morgana nodded. Once all these sinful and corrupted souls enter Hell, it will temporarily cause chaos, thus distracting Mephisto and other Hell lords.
"You should send a message that this is a gift to Mephisto, so that other Hell lords know that this trouble is because of him," she suggested. "I doubt it will be enough to cause internal strife, but who knows? Maybe someone will use this as an excuse to find trouble with Mephisto."
"Good idea," Ian nodded, and then left a message in the souls of these people. "I hope you like this gift, Mephisto." Ian now wants to peek into the chaos in Hell, but considering how powerful these entities are, it is unwise to peek at them at the moment.
Ian teleports to a secret facility below S.H.I.E.L.D.. This facility is extremely secret, and even Director Fury doesn't know of its existence.
Apart from Ian, only three other people knew of its existence - including the president - and he allowed them to know because he wanted the organization to gain government approval to give them legitimacy.
The three men don't even know what this place is all about, and the information is guarded in their minds and souls.
Ian once considered conquering Earth and establishing a new Arcane Empire. However, this world was weird and it rejected tyrants or any form of absolute ruler.
In all the possibilities he saw, he had to spend years quelling the rebellion because the people continued to reject his rule.
Even if he tried to use mind or soul control, some entity would intervene and cause Empire to fall into chaos, and he would have to calm it down.
So, after a lot of analysis, he realized that the best approach was to leverage existing systems while operating more in the shadows.
Ian walked into a room full of people contained in glass tubes and green liquid. "Activate them." Under the control of Morgana, the glass tube opened, and the nanorobots turned into the clothes of these people. They flew directly to their respective positions and got into position immediately. The facilities that had almost stopped operating before were now fully operational.
"Welcome to Time Protection Force," Morgana said with a childish smile, and Ian turned over Byakugan. After learning that Fusion was coming, he rebuilt his own version of the world, Time Aurors, to overlook and protect this timeline from time travelers, and to detect any breakthroughs to this timeline.
He even built Rick Sanchez's Rick City and used it as Time Force's headquarters, not to build a wall around this timeline, but for better surveillance.
Ian wonders what terrible repercussions would happen if a timeline tried to compete with his own timeline Fusion but hit a dimensional wall.
Of course, he still retains the protective capabilities of Rick City, and in an emergency, it will be connected to the defense system of Kamar-Taj.
"Where to pull it?" Ian asked.
"Still incubating."
Ian teleported to a special room, where there was still a person in the culture tank. Morgana immediately showed the data to Ian, and he frowned. "Even after so many transformations, his weakness to magic is still so high?"
"We have eliminated his weakness to Kryptonite, but for magic, this is the limit of what we can do."
Time Force needs people he can trust, and they need to become powerful very quickly. So, Ian uses the Kryptonians DNA he obtained to create time agents, and then provides them with enough solar energy to increase their power.
He heavily modified their Life Code - especially to eliminate their weakness to magic - and these agents were mostly between level 4 and Tier 6. Therefore, he decided to create a purer and more powerful Kryptonians as their leader and boss: Ra.
Ra is half a success, as he reached Tier 10 after absorbing countless suns, but he still has low immunity to magic. Of course, not any magic can hurt him, but if you encounter an opponent like Ian or the Ancient One, this will become a problem.
"If we could get Life Code, a Superman clone like Omni-Man, and combine it with Kryptonians DNA, we might be able to make it perfect," Ian commented. "However, this is good enough for now."
"Are you going to make him a set of Anti-Magic armor?" Morgana asked.
"You know what I'm thinking," Ian nodded, and then activated La.
"My master," said the newly appointed leader of Time Force.
"Do you know your job?"
"Yes. I have all the memories I need to serve you."
"Very good. Back off."
After Ra left, Ian gathered another clone and assigned him to make armor for this Kryptonians.
"Where to go next?" Morgana asked.
"Now that this thing is operational, let's test its capabilities."
"Don't you want to deal with Nick·Fury? He should be going crazy after losing so many bases and agents."
"Let the clones deal with him."
After spending an hour preparing, Ian opened a portal to another timeline. He was going to pick up Albion.
