After defeating Radahn and seizing his Great Rune, Ian will also take away his soul. According to the original timeline, after Radahn's physical body dies, his soul will return to Erdtree, and Miquella will summon it. Later, she will put this soul into Mohg's body, and make Radahn Resurrection her partner after she becomes a god. But Ian takes away the soul not only to stop Miquella, but also to extract a specific memory from him.
Radahn once held a ceremony and used Gravity Magic to seal the stars. His move greatly weakened Outer Gods's ability to interfere with Lands Between, and Ian's plan just needed this ceremony. After completing this matter, Ian's next goal is to go to "Eternal City" Nokron and obtain Fingerslayer Blade e.
Nokron is an ancient civilization that eventually turned its back on Greater Will and developed a weapon designed to destroy Greater Will on this planet Watchdogs--Two Fingers. Their betrayal was discovered, and Greater Will sent the "Dark Abandoned Son" Esti - a deformed star that turned into a monster - to destroy Nokron and Nox People.
Once Two Fingers becomes aware of Ranni's intentions and takes control of Blaidd, Ranni will ask Ian to help her deal with Blaidd. In exchange, Ian will ask her to hire Black Knife Assassins to infiltrate Roundtable Hold and kill the dominant Two Fingers and Enia, thus completely cutting off all ties between Greater Will and this world.
After gaining more freedom, Ian will continue to advance his plan. He will first go to the royal city Leyndell, Royal Capital, kill "Omen King" Menggert, and seize his Great Rune. He will then defeat Maliketh - who, like Blaidd, is the shadow of Queen Marika - and capture Rune of Death. This battle is bound to be fierce, because as long as Maliketh touches Ian's armor once, he will die.
Later, Ian will sneak into the underground of the royal city to find the soul body of Godwyn in order to regain the power of death. By combining the power of Ranni's Cursemark of Death and Godwyn bodies with Rune of Death, he can finally complete the incomplete Rune. After that, the next destination will be Haligtree to face Malenia.
A battle between them would be significant for many reasons. Once on the verge of defeat, Malenia will unleash the full power of Scarlet Rot and become a vessel for Outer Gods. Ian will gain a wealth of knowledge about these creatures during the battle. Additionally, Malenia has been in a state of madness since returning to Haligtree, and Ian will briefly awaken her.
He wants to know about her master - Blind Swordsman, the one who successfully sealed the real Outer God of Rot in the lake. He needs that sealing method to deal with other Outer Gods. Finally, he also wants to know about Unalloyed Gold created by her brother. The next destination will be Mohg and his dynasty.
Ian will defeat Mohg and take away his Rune, but will not kill him immediately. This ominous Demigod worships a Outer Gods named Formless Mother. Ian will allow him to establish contact with Formless Mother, and may even use Mohg's body as a container to invite her to come to this world. Then, using the Sealing Arts he learned from Blind Swordsman (with improvements and upgrades, of course), he will seal Formless Mother.
Ian's next target will be Miquella, who has the ability to charm/Mind Control. Miquella controlled Mohg to capture himself, while abandoning his physical body and entering Shadow Realm. Miquella also shattered his own Rune. Ian would follow him into the Shadow Realm, find his broken Rune, and use his soul to repair it. He also wanted to prevent Miquella from using Spiral Tower to ascend to godhood.
After collecting all these Great Rune and Elden Ring+, it is almost complete. However, Ian does not intend to rebuild Golden Order, so he still needs to do more things. In the background setting of the game, there are three Mending Rune, which were created by individuals to repair Elden Ring+. Ian will learn how to create these Mending Rune to ensure that he can establish his own laws.
Ian's next goal is to become a god so that he can fully control Elden Ring+. However, if he wants to do this, he first needs to become a god. His plan is to contact Planetary Will - the source of the magic he creates - and claim the title. He will then travel to Spiral Tower, as Queen Marika once did, or as Miquella did, to ascend to the gods.
Next, Ian will track down one of the Outer Gods, known as Frenzied Flame, and use a plan similar to that used against Mohg. However, before sealing these Outer Gods, he will use his Elden Lord Armor as a container for Frenzied Flame.
The next step in the plan is to reach the core of Erdtree and repair Elden Ring+. But according to the background setting, no one can enter Erdtree because the thorns with Thorns of Denial block the way. At this point, Melina - the woman who killed Ian Finger Maiden - comes into play. Queen Marika was created to deal with this situation. She will burn herself, burning the thorns that block the entrance to Erdtree.
Ian will fight Queen Marika, who has transformed into Radagon, and will then kill Elden Beast. By then, Roundtable Hold's blacksmith should have completed Godslayer Weapon. However, during his battle, Greater Will intervenes and increases the power of Elden Beast. It will also send another Esti to destroy Ian. But with the newly acquired Divine Power, all Doom Bots, Godslayer Weapon, and Fingerslayer Blade, he will achieve the ultimate victory.
Using the methods he learned before, Ian will reconstruct Elden Ring+ and establish Law of the Earth Mother. In this law, death exists and is permanent for everyone (including gods). After people die, their souls will go to another dimension to experience Afterlife. Lands Between There is a kind of creature named Tibia Mariner. They are similar to the mythical Underworld ferrymen. Ian plans to use them as guides to guide people to Afterlife.
Another part of his law will be to spread his Alchemy basic magic. No one needs to rely on Erdtree or the stars for power. To ensure success, Ian will use Radahn's rituals, and the fact that the moon is the center of the stars, to completely block access to Primeval Current. This decision of his will lead to a disagreement between him and his teacher Sellen. I have not yet decided whether they will eventually reconcile.
Ian's final act on Lands Between is the cleanup. Sealing the stars limits the power Outer Gods can use in this world, but it is not enough. He will banish or seal all Outer Gods, and eliminate their influence. Lands Between is an extraordinary place, where people are born with horns and pots can gain consciousness, and all of this stems from a thing called Crucible.
Crucible is a thing that contains the essence of all life: whether physical, inorganic or spiritual. It is the remnant left when Greater Will split "Taiyi". This item will greatly enhance Ian's understanding of Life Code, and even allow him to master Law of Life. Once this is done, he takes it with him when he leaves this world.
Ian will build a Empire to quell the chaos of Lands Between. He will also use his research on Unalloyed Gold to create a way to clean up the contaminated area left by Malenia after Caelid released the Scarlet Rot nuclear bomb. He will rebuild civilization and rule for more than ten years, returning peace to the world.
Then, he will abdicate and let the people vote to elect the next ruler. Finally, he will leave this world with more than 1.5 million points to complete the perfect mission. The next chapter will be the summary of the Samsara Hall chapter.
