The original purpose of this standalone chapter was to make an announcement: this book would resume updates from here on. But I had broken my word many times before, so I did not expect everyone to believe or accept it right away. Please continue to keep me accountable.
However, this book had now gone without updates for nearly two months, and I had not said anything at all. That was honestly baffling and even infuriating. I had mentioned the initial cause before: spinal problems. A lower-back injury left me unable to sit or stand comfortably for nearly a month. I simply could not sit properly and write, and I spent a considerable amount of time at the hospital undergoing physical therapy. During that period, I genuinely could not update.
