As I kept releasing the Light Heart's immense radiance into the air, the range I could perceive grew wider and wider, even with my eyes closed, even while I was inside the consciousness ocean.

The consciousness fragment was quite adamant about its conclusion.
"You can only affect the area covered by your radiance... keep going. Try spreading it a little farther."
