(Miluno)
After logging out of the virtual New World and leaving the range of the Earth Crystal, I returned at long last to my body inside the life-support pod.
It was cramped. Black Rabbit was still lying beside me; she hadn't left at all this past week, either.
I had come this time to mess with her. It would be best if I could wake her up. If there was no Miluno in New World, then Ceruno would win without even fighting.
But before that, I should get something to eat.
My real body had gone a week without food or water. Though it physically didn't need either, I was still human psychologically, so I felt hungry.
Besides, Ceruno and the others' surprise livestream plan wasn't starting anytime soon. Waking Black Rabbit too early wouldn't accomplish much.

There was pizza on the coffee table. Black Rabbit, unconscious and wearing only underwear, lay beside me. I held a cola in my hand, while the two televisions in front of me played Ceruno's and Miluno's livestreams respectively.
It felt a little like being some old man in a surveillance room, but this "real" enjoyment belonged to me alone...
Not only were reality and the virtual world synchronized in time, reality could also access virtual New World's network.
Then was this virtual world truly virtual?
Even I sometimes couldn't help thinking that.
After all, there were people like Antarctic Star, who could only find happiness in New World. Even if it was fake, they probably wouldn't want to give up their current lives.
