(Ceruno)
While they were plotting, Miluno, having just finished another song, returned backstage wiping away sweat.
"Here."
Sirius tossed her a bottle of water, which she caught steadily.
"Did you poison it?"
"Hey, hey, didn't I say the organizers wouldn't pull anything like that? Even if they wanted to deal with you, they wouldn't use something as stupid as poison."
After taking Sirius's eye roll, Miluno twisted open the cap and chugged the entire bottle. Since all the songs she had picked were difficult, it seemed she really had sung herself hoarse.
Then she tossed aside the empty bottle.
"Ceruno, you're up next! How's your preparation going?"
She even spoke to "Ceruno," but Miss Terra inside the data avatar was still discussing the details of the special effects with the others. When asked, she showed an impatient expression.
"Hmph. None of your concern."
"...You're not Ceruno, are you?"
Though she had been seen through, Miss Terra remained utterly calm.
"I'm Ceruno, you know."
The way she tried to act cute while wearing my appearance... well, it really was not cute.
Even with the same appearance, a different personality gave an entirely different impression.
Before Miss Terra left, the task she gave me was promotion.
A way to promote things without making people dislike it—sending invitations to everyone as Ceruno?
I did not know whether my reputation was big enough. If people ended up disliking me over it, even if I drew them in to watch the concert, it might affect my voter base.
"That Ceruno is so annoying! I'm going to vote against her!"
I might run into people who thought that way.
Or should I invite them as Miluno?
No, that would not work either.
"Since it's an invitation from Lady Miluno, I'll go cast a vote for her."
