The bushy-bearded editor-in-chief was a Special Monster.

Ultimately, a magazine selling smut probably couldn't make much money if it were completely aboveboard, so my initial intuition had been right.
Black Mud poured out of the editor-in-chief's body as he reverted to his Monster form.
His true form was a fat, middle-aged Monster wearing women's lingerie. It wasn't quite explicit enough to need censoring, but it was still extremely revealing, and he even had thick hair covering his body.
His head also became an enormous, thick, long... camera lens.
The lens kept extending and retracting to focus, with his octagonal cap still perched on top.
His appearance certainly suited his profession. It was just a little disgusting.
Monsters born from the unchecked proliferation of darkness on Earth were much weaker than the genuine Monsters from the Other Side. Against four magical girls at once, he had absolutely no chance of winning.
Though, at the moment, I only counted as a girl...
