The first was to stake my life on it, using the Future Moment's power to plunge into the Frost Ice Blade, close in on Fomalhaut in an instant, and subdue her. But I would suffer serious injuries myself.
Why risk my life over a sparring match?
So I chose option two.
I would use the Present Moment's power to freeze Sun Ji's time, then hold her up as a shield and charge through the sword energy... Freezing my own time would leave me unable to move, and Fomalhaut had already leveled most of the mountain. The only convenient cover within reach was Sun Ji herself.
