A self-proclaimed Villain organization had appeared in the Mortal World: [Fox Fox Great Shocker].
Its members had founded it of their own accord, unanimously backing Heartmoon Fox as their supreme leader. They had even promoted their Villain organization's principles on the forums:
"As long as you're willing to bring smiles to everyone's faces, venture out in search of fun, and help fight monsters when necessary, you can join unconditionally."
"Of course, this only applies to unclaimed Guardian Stars."
Heartmoon Fox herself actually had no plans for this organization. Especially after learning about the Hero Association's Behind-the-Scenes Boss, having leadership thrust upon her made her deeply uneasy. She was afraid that one day, the Hero Association might declare the "Villain organization" she had created on a whim illegal and shut it down.
But I didn't create [Fox Fox Great Shocker]! The other Villain Magical Girls put it together themselves. It has absolutely nothing to do with this fox! I'm only the leader in name!
"Great Shocker and all that... it just sounds weird. It makes me seem like some big bad." Golden-Haired Fox Fox scratched her ears helplessly.
"But aren't we supposed to be Villains?" Cheshire Rabbit chimed in dryly beside her.
"That's different! Still, since everyone's willing to have fun with me, I can't let down our friends who've come all this way!"
Watching Heartmoon Fox interact with the other self-proclaimed Villain Magical Girls, Cheshire Rabbit silently added another entry to her notes:

"The fox said: is it not a joy to have friends come from afar?"
Chatting, laughing, having drinks and desserts, then showing off the Familiar housekeeping squad she was so proud of—the Villain organization [Fox Fox Great Shocker]'s first gathering ended just like that. It felt more like a fan meet-and-greet with photo opportunities.
The
