Vast, boundless, and rich in resources, it lay beneath stars that revolved ceaselessly across the sky. Every twelve years, their alignment formed an Omnipotent Eye.
The Omnipotent Eye's radiation continued to spread, and the spiritual essence of the Elemental Plane poured steadily into Black Tower Continent.
Among the mountains, dense elemental energy condensed into swirling mist, nurturing a wide variety of magic plants and spiritual ores. Unlike before, they no longer required deliberate cultivation or refinement by transcendent beings.
The transformation of the natural environment was secondary. More important was the transformation of civilization.
The mortal kingdoms had fully integrated with the Black Tower wizard schools. With transcendence brought into the mortal world, they had easily established a civilization more brilliant than the Alchemy Civilization.
