As evening drew near, the New Flame-Burners Association's first council meeting came to an end.
Yin Ming selected a residence with a meditation room from Robert Kava's rental properties.
It lay beneath the Abyssal fissure in Mountain No. 2 of Hell Valley, fully furnished with every sort of fixture and decoration. Though it was not as luxurious as Robert Kava's castle, it was perfectly livable from the moment he moved in.
"At last, I'm settled. I don't ask for much—two hundred peaceful years will do!"
Hell Valley's sky was veiled in a hazy black mist. On the streets nearby, pedestrians wore happy smiles.
They did not yet know what would descend upon them. Their leisurely lives would be gone forever, and their potential would be wrung out to the utmost limit.
"If all goes smoothly, three months will be enough to unify Hell Valley."
With that, Yin Ming turned and entered the meditation room.
None of that had anything to do with him. He was only responsible for proposing the plan and had no intention of personally interfering with the New Flame-Burners Association's development.
Every trade had its specialists. If he took the knife into his own hands, he might only make a clever move turn clumsy. Better to let Robert Kava and Emma Dalton do as they pleased.
Ember flashed with a spark and suddenly spoke. "You should be the president of the Flame-Burners Association!"
"Is that so? I don't see it that way."
Yin Ming's goal was never to establish some massive power.
He only needed a place to settle down, a stable organization capable of employing enough people, and a means of extracting the remaining Soul Crystals from Demon corpses.
Every one of those goals had been achieved, and a whole crowd of people were now fired
