"Huh? There's a shark!" Luffy looked around but could not find Arlong anywhere. Instead, the shark fin breaking the surface gave him a fright.
"Idiot, that's Arlong!" Everyone was speechless. You were a Devil Fruit user who would not even go into the water, so why were you afraid of sharks? If you really fell into the water, the outcome would be the same whether there were sharks or not!
"The speed I gain underwater is unstoppable! Die!" With that, Arlong unleashed his ultimate move, Torpedo, shooting out from the seabed and piercing toward Luffy from the water.
"What was that?" Having barely avoided a vital spot, Luffy had not even seen what that black blur was. He had only instinctively sensed danger, and his body moved on its own. If Luffy had hesitated for even an instant, his body would have been pierced through.
"You actually dodged that?" Arlong stood atop the building, looking down at the wounded Luffy. From his movements, it seemed he was preparing to use Torpedo again.
"That was close! It can even pierce the ground?" After barely dodging again, Luffy saw Arlong's nose stabbed into the ground and finally realized how dangerous that attack had been. Arlong's Torpedo was incredibly fast, but fortunately, it was a straight-line attack. Otherwise, Luffy's body would have been pierced long ago.
"Are that shark monster's bones made of iron?" Sanji said in shock after seeing this, realizing that Arlong had not used his full strength when fighting the three of them earlier.
"Who knows?" William was equally horrified. The strength Arlong displayed was absolutely no weaker than Colonel William's former self. Although William had not fully recovered his strength, he was back to seventy or eighty percent, and he now had the support of his Devil Fruit ability.
Even the original Colonel William might not have been stronger than William before Hawkeye wounded him. It was just that his severe injuries had yet to heal, so he was temporarily no match for Arlong. Zoro was injured as well, and his wounds were even worse than William's. "Die! Final blow!" At that moment, joy appeared on Arlong's face. If Luffy's earlier dodge had been luck, then Luffy, suspended in midair, had nowhere to evade now. To Arlong, Luffy was a fixed target, something he could hit whenever he wanted.
"Rubber Net!" Although Luffy knew that he could not avoid Arlong's attack in midair, he had never intended to dodge. He crossed and stretched his fingers together, forming a huge net.
"Caught a fish!" Seeing Arlong trapped in his Rubber Net, Luffy immediately became excited. At the same time, he pressed the soles of his feet together and used Rubber Pike to kick Arlong into the ground.

Arlong had been seeking revenge for his fellow Fish-Men, yet Luffy had repeatedly toyed with him using all sorts of strange techniques. How could he not be furious with shame?
"You bastard! How dare you act so arrogantly before me, a Fish-Man!" Arlong grabbed Luffy by the head and viciously hurled him away.
"Ah! That scared me to death. It didn't hurt, but this guy is really furious!" Luffy had just climbed out of the rubble when he saw Arlong stab at him with a hand blade. In his haste, he quickly dodged aside.
Arlong's palm pierced through the wall and gripped a weapon hanging on the other side. As the wall cracked apart, Arlong pulled out an enormous saw.
"What a huge saw!" Usopp and the others were startled by the weapon in Arlong's hands. Just looking at it was enough to make people afraid.
"It's the Saw Sword!" Having once been one of the Fish-Man officers, Nami naturally recognized the weapon Arlong held. Arlong had never used this Saw Sword before because he believed that no one in the East Blue was worthy of making him fight with it.
Arlong raised the Saw Sword and viciously slashed down at Luffy, sawing straight through the walls of the Arlong Park building. If a sailing ship on the level of the Golden Merry were struck by it, it would definitely be split in two with a single blow. Even Marine warships could not remain unscathed before the Saw Sword.
"They've gone upstairs. Straw Hat is being chased with nowhere to run!" Although the Cocoyasi Village villagers could not clearly see the battle, they knew that Luffy had been forced into fleeing everywhere.
As a rubber man, Luffy feared sharp weapons most of all, and the Saw Sword in Arlong's hand was precisely his nemesis.
"They went inside?" The Straw Hat Pirates and villagers watching below saw Luffy flee into a room after reaching the roof, with Arlong following him inside. They had no idea what was happening in there.

"Stop getting in my way, you Straw Hat bastard!" Arlong said, pressing the Saw Sword against Luffy's neck. Yet he discovered that the Saw Sword in his hand would not move at all.
"Something flew out! A table?" After the rooftop had been quiet for a while, sounds came from it again. Everyone jumped when a table burst through a window and flew out.
"This is too strange. What exactly happened?" Although the commotion on the roof was not especially intense, things kept falling from it. No one knew what Luffy and Arlong were doing inside. The only thing they knew was that their battle was still ongoing.
"Torpedo Sawtooth!" Arlong charged at Luffy with the speed of his ultimate move, Torpedo, intending to bite Luffy to death with the Iron Teeth Technique.
"Rubber Battle Axe!" Luffy also staked everything on his final move, kicking open the roof and stretching his leg to its limit, maximizing the power boost generated by his rubber ability's contraction.
