"Chief Miao, are you here to interrogate a... fool who got hung up by Batman?" the fat prison guard accompanying him joked as he looked at the name on the application.

He looked toward the cells behind the iron bars on both sides. They were as lively as a zoo. The inmates in orange uniforms looked like man-eating beasts, making no effort to hide the viciousness in their eyes.
"Yes, and a lot of them are terrified of him. Look at this."
The guard smiled and picked up the electric baton in his hand. A yellow bat sticker had been pasted onto it, looking as though it had been drawn by hand.
"I call it the Bat Punisher. Whenever someone causes trouble, I jab this into his ass and turn on the juice!"
