Background / History

Flying Thunder God is a true space-transfer technique rather than a conventional Body Flicker Technique. While ordinary Body Flicker variants enhance movement through muscle strength or chakra, Flying Thunder God teleports the user instantly through space. 25

The technique was created by Tobirama Senju and later became closely associated with Namikaze Minato. It is an S-Rank forbidden technique recorded in Konoha’s Book of Seals, and its secrecy is treated as essential because a marked target can become a permanent teleportation coordinate. 150 664 770

Before learning it, Qian considered the technique valuable for both travel and survival but could not obtain its training method. He also determined that copying it from Minato with the Sharingan would be impractical because Minato’s casting process had become almost invisible through mastery. 150 502
