Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo Recurrence

As the title says, I suddenly came down with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in December the year before last. This morning at work, it suddenly recurred, and I was so dizzy I couldn't stand. I went to the hospital's emergency department, where the doctor performed a repositioning maneuver, which eased the situation somewhat. I took two tablets of Betahistine and slept until now. I had originally planned to post an update, but I'm still dizzy, so I'll have to leave it until tomorrow. Sorry!

By the way, the doctor said this was caused by excessive stress, anxiety, and staying up late. I didn't feel particularly anxious, though. I don't understand it...
