Inside Desolate Village.
Qian's thoughts raced. Only after a long while did he rein them back in.
Then he clenched his hand, crushing that mass of wind-style Chakra to pieces.
True, he intended to create a wind-style Flight Ninjutsu of his own, but not right now.
There were two reasons. First, the timing was wrong.
For now, the most important thing was still to get the Kusanagi Sword from the leader of Takumi Village. Everything else could wait.
Second, his current foundation still was not quite enough.
It might look as if he had already "created" one Rank A ninjutsu and one Rank S Ninjutsu himself.
But whether it was the "Rasengan" or "Wind Style: Rasenshuriken," both had ample theoretical groundwork laid out beforehand.
Strictly speaking, they could not count as his own creations.
And creating a ninjutsu from scratch was no simple matter. Even a genius like Namikaze Minato had spent a full three years creating the "Rasengan."
And that was with Jiraiya assisting him from the side.
If he had completed it alone, it might have taken even longer.
From this, one could see just how difficult it was to conceive and create a ninjutsu from nothing.
The only way Qian was stronger than them was probably that he had the Proficiency Panel assisting him.
When the time came, he could absolutely create a prototype of a ninjutsu. As long as it was recognized by the panel, he could borrow the power of proficiency to continuously refine it, and eventually grind it out.
One could say that this alone would save him no end of trouble.
Even so, creating a ninjutsu from nothing was definitely not the work of a single day.
So there was no need to think too much about it now.
