Half an hour later.
Outside Black Stone Outpost.
In a stretch of dense forest to the southwest.
Qian and Uchiha Shisui moved through it with extreme caution, doing their best to avoid the Mist Ninja wandering inside, as well as the battlefields scattered throughout the area.
To make sure their movements were not discovered, and also to accommodate Uchiha Shisui, Qian did not fly straight out of the outpost this time. Instead, he and Uchiha Shisui prepared to cut across the battlefield on the outpost's perimeter.
For an ordinary person, that might have been somewhat troublesome.
But neither Qian nor Uchiha Shisui was ordinary. Their outstanding perception allowed them to easily avoid the Mist Ninja along the way.
So although it took some time, the two of them still left the battlefield area smoothly.
After that, neither of them hesitated. They immediately sped forward and, following the map, headed straight for Aburatsu Port.
In the blink of an eye, several hours passed.
It was noon.
Under sunlight that was not especially fierce, Qian and Uchiha Shisui raced across the fields, rapidly closing in on a stretch of dense forest ahead.
Once they passed through this dense forest and traveled another half hour, they would basically reach the assembly point listed in the transfer order.
After entering the dense forest, a faint mist hung over the area.
The light overhead passed through the gaps between the leaves and shone upon it. Under the Tyndall effect, it formed streaks of light, making the scene look exceptionally beautiful.
However, neither Qian nor Uchiha Shisui was in any mood to admire such scenery.
There was no other reason. It was already close to noon, and no matter how humid the air in the forest was, such a thin mist should not have formed.
