After glancing at Gilot, Gilles shook his head, then turned to the many Lords of Civilization from the North and began to explain.
"To ensure we could reach this place safely and without a sound, the Third Fleet was sacrificed. It has now been wiped out completely. Gilot once served in the Third Fleet, and many of its people were his disciples, so he's a little out of control. Please don't take it to heart!"
The many Lords of Civilization from the North glanced at Gilot, their faces full of astonishment. The anger they had felt at being insulted vanished in an instant.
It was unwise to provoke a powerful figure who had already lost so much.
Besides, according to Gilles, Gilot had likely lost important successors. Provoking him now would be nothing short of asking for death.
Those present had become Lords of Civilization for more than sheer strength. Without sufficient wisdom, they could never guide a civilization's growth.
The many Lords of Civilization from the North returned to their seats and reined in their auras.
The first Lord of Civilization from the North to stand glanced at Gilot in his armor and gave a faint sigh.
The Alchemy Empire's people also slowly withdrew their auras, and the heavy atmosphere in the room eased somewhat.
"Infinite Lord, the Alchemy Empire cannot provide these three items and their related manufacturing methods to the North for free."
