Inside a fortress belonging to the Northern Civilization Alliance, a Lord of Civilization floated in midair, shaped like an octopus made of blue crystal, bellowing furiously.
His booming voice echoed throughout the fortress's conference hall. Mixed with the waves he unconsciously emitted, it made the entire hall tremble faintly.
"Exactly! We absolutely can't do this!"
As his words fell, and the blue-crystal octopus Lord of Civilization's roar died away, several voices of agreement rang out at once.
At the head of the conference table sat Infinite Lord, the leader of the Northern Civilization Alliance. Her expression was troubled.
