It Got Worse Again Today, Just When I Had a Slightly Easier Day

Not long after lunch, I started vomiting, even throwing up stomach acid. Then I felt better for a while, but only for a few hours. After that, the headache, dizziness, and nausea started. It felt like my head wasn't mine anymore.

Starting from my forehead, it felt like the upper half had been cut off.

I felt extremely weak and kept breaking out in cold sweats that wouldn't stop...
