Sorry! I Have to Take Another Day Off Today-Half My Body Hurts So Much I Can't Move

I didn't know what was going on. When I got up this morning—well, it was almost noon—I found that everything from my neck to my collarbone, and all the way through my right shoulder and arm, hurt like rheumatism, or like a stiff neck or dislocation.

Even the slightest movement, even turning my head a little, felt like two bones grinding against each other. The pain made me groan nonstop.

It was probably a stiff neck, but this was way too extreme...
