Had a "Fantasy" Day Today, Taking Leave

Today had been bizarre. Last night, my headache was so severe that I slept until very late, and this morning I found I'd slept with a crick in my neck.

Then, despite not having eaten a bite or drunk a sip of water, I somehow got diarrhea...

It wasn't like before, with my stomach hurting nonstop—I just kept having to go to the bathroom...

I was so sleepy in the afternoon that I couldn't take it anymore. Then I woke up with a headache, and the crick in my neck hurt even more.

I'd originally planned to push through, but with all these complicated feelings, I had no motivation to do anything. I still haven't eaten dinner!
