If Jerry had truly wanted to kill Fei Wang, he could have gone up and killed him the moment Fei Wang was knocked down by the clone.

The reason he had not acted and had even let Fei Wang escape in the end was simply because he still had no idea what exactly was going on.

Fei Wang, Yūko Ichihara, and Clow Reed—he had no intention of becoming any of their pawns. He needed to figure out the cause of everything first before deciding whether to kill Fei Wang.

He had actually known all along that Yūko Ichihara could observe them through Mokona. He simply had not said anything.

Sure enough, the moment Jerry finished speaking, two beams of light shot from White Mokona's eyes and gathered into the alluring figure of Yūko Ichihara, dressed in a black rose qipao.

"Mr. Carmen, I can tell you everything. But I hope that after I do, you can help us find Fei Wang and bring this tragedy to an end."

Yūko Ichihara knew that Jerry was powerful, which was why she had found a way to have him protect Xiaolang and Sakura, just as she had arranged for Kurogane to join this journey.

She simply had not expected Jerry to be this powerful—to directly withstand Fei Wang's attacks and beat him half to death.

"No problem. I've already made an enemy of him anyway. Killing him is only a matter of time."

Jerry nodded.

Fei Wang had to die. It was no good to have a Skyfather Level expert keeping an eye on him, especially when he still needed to continue collecting laws.

Mages were different from warriors. Their strength generally did not fluctuate much and could be seen at a glance. Fei Wang was weaker than him, but that did not
