Sprite's New Body (First Update)

Jerry wasted no time. He plucked a hair from Sprite's head and instantly entered his Ring World.

Using Sprite's genes as a medium, he quickly created the body of an adult woman exactly as Sprite had imagined.

Since Sprite's genes still formed the foundation, this body retained her special ability to cast illusions.

However, aside from that small portion of her genes, everything else had been created by Jerry using his own method for creating humans rather than the Celestials' method for creating Eternals.

So it still differed considerably from Sprite's original body.

"You need to think this through. This new body won't have eternal life. It can live for three hundred years at most, and it contains far less cosmic energy. Your illusions will be greatly weakened."

Reappearing in the earthen house with the new body, Jerry honestly laid out all the advantages and disadvantages for Sprite.

Yet Sprite did not hesitate in the slightest. She nodded and replied firmly,

"I made up my mind long ago. Forget three hundred years—even if I only had the same lifespan as an ordinary human, as long as I could date and get married normally, I'd be willing. I'd be willing even if I lost my illusion abilities."

Jerry found it somewhat difficult to understand that Sprite was willing to abandon eternal life and her powers just to become a normal human.

It was like how he had once struggled to understand the immortals in mythological tales who would rather lose their immortal status and become mortals with less than a century to live just to fall in love with mortals.

Still, although he did not understand, he could accept it.
