Attack Plan (First Update)

"Commissioner Gordon!"

Hearing the sudden voice behind him, Gordon quickly turned around and saw Batman standing there in his pitch-black Batsuit.

"You're still as elusive as ever."

The moment he saw Batman, Gordon relaxed slightly.

Ever since Batman had appeared, Gotham City had indeed changed quite a bit. At the very least, many gangs had become more restrained, and whenever Gordon ran into trouble, he could turn to Batman for help.

"I know why you were looking for me. I've been investigating it too, and I just got some leads."

Bruce spoke directly through his voice modulator.

Why else would Gordon be looking for him at a time like this? It had to be because of that tabby cat that had been killing people like crazy. He had been tracking the cat's whereabouts all week as well.

At first, the drones had still managed to capture some footage, but over the last two days, they had been unable to find even a trace of it.

Fortunately, with Alfred's help, they had finally located the cat's hideout through other channels last night.

He had originally planned to go there himself, but he happened to see the Bat-Signal light up on the way. After giving it some thought, he decided to speak with Gordon first. Coordinating on both sides would be safer.

After all, that was no ordinary cat. It was a cat that could use magic.

"You know who that Shadow Knight has been recently?"

Gordon's eyes immediately lit up upon hearing Batman's words. As expected, Batman was reliable.

"Shadow Knight?"

Bruce froze for a moment.

Gordon hurriedly explained.

"The person who's killed a lot of criminals this week. Since none of us know whether they're male or female, or anything else about them, everyone calls them the Shadow Knight."
