After returning to Single Universe Level, the Little Red Star could no longer help him increase his strength. He needed to perfect his universe instead.
However, the Little Red Star could be converted into any form of energy. Using it to restore the planets destroyed by Darkseid's army and rebuild new ecosystems was still immensely useful.
