Tens of thousands of terrifying bolts of lightning carrying the aura of the laws of destruction descended from the sky, blasting a hundred-meter-tall green giant wielding a blazing Flame Scepter into charred remains.
The green giant was named Titan. He was a Titan Giant mage who possessed physical strength even greater than that of Kryptonians and was highly proficient in immensely powerful Flame Magic. He was also the eighth Black Elite in this wager.
"Lord Darkseid, it seems we've won this wager."
With a wave of his hand, Jerry stirred up a gust of wind that scattered the charred Titan mage. He then turned to Darkseid, and his entire demeanor suddenly changed. The cautious appearance he had been pretending to maintain vanished completely.
He had faced eight opponents alone. Now, aside from DeSaad, the strategist, Darkseid's subordinates had essentially been wiped out.
DeSaad was not known for combat. He was more of a scientist and strategist, skilled at all sorts of biological modifications. The Parademons had been created through his modifications.
He posed no threat to Kryptonians, so Jerry no longer needed to conceal his strength.
In truth, Jerry had not expected things to go so smoothly. He had thought that once he killed half of them, Darkseid would notice something was wrong and intervene. Yet Darkseid had never made a move.
