Jerry stole Hufflepuff’s Cup from the Lestrange Vault, sealed its Horcrux soul, and then found Voldemort’s ring Horcrux at the Gaunt Shack. After sealing the last soul fragment and taking the Resurrection Stone, he returned to Hogwarts on Christmas Day, where Hermione welcomed him.
