Background / History

Na'er was found alone in an Aolai City alley with no recollection of her parents, past, or circumstances. Jin Qiu recognized her aura as that of Gu Yuena, the Silver Dragon King, while Zi Ji and Bi Ji secretly watched over her from nearby positions. Na'er herself remained unaware of both her identity and the danger surrounding her 3.

When three older youths attempted to seize her, Tang Wulin intervened and protected her. Na'er was frightened during the encounter, but afterward comforted him rather than fearing him, reasoning that he had only killed people who had tried to harm them 4 6.

Tang Wulin brought her to Tang Ziran and Lang Yue's home. After the governor's office found no missing-person report matching her appearance, Tang Wulin persuaded his parents to let her remain with the family instead of sending her to an orphanage. Na'er accepted them as her new family and came to regard Tang Wulin as her older brother 7 8 10.
