Metal Jungle VS Pale Bone Forest

Midair.

Hyuga Satoru looked down at the Pale Bone Forest that had appeared out of nowhere within the forest below, a grave expression crossing his face.

"There isn't much time left for Tyrant Mode. I can't drag this out any longer."

He took out a scroll. As white smoke dispersed, a large number of kunai and shuriken appeared out of thin air, floating behind him in midair.

He constructed Electromagnetic Propulsion. The kunai and shuriken slowly began to spin as blue arcs of lightning intertwined through them, instantly wrapping around all the ninja tools and forming a grid of electric arcs.

Hyuga Satoru raised a hand and swung it downward.

In an instant, the tools floating behind him transformed into Electromagnetic Cannons, shooting toward the ground at incredible speed with a thunderous roar.

Countless bone spikes were shattered by the Electromagnetic Cannons, sending bone fragments and dust spraying in every direction.

Hyuga Satoru frowned slightly. Within the Byakugan's field of vision, he saw no sign of Kaguya Maro being struck as expected.

"Did he teleport away before the attack arrived? What an annoying ability."

Dance of the Clematis was the ultimate technique of the Dead Bone Pulse. The Kaguya Clan could teleport to any location covered by bone spikes.

Suddenly, a chill ran down his back.

Hyuga Satoru did not turn around. The silver-white little snakes circling his body rapidly writhed, transforming into a shield behind him.

Clang!

The moment the shield took shape, an immense impact burst through it, making his body stagger slightly as he was pushed several steps forward through the air.

Behind him, Kaguya Maro's lower body was connected to a massive bone spike that had stretched more than ten meters, bringing him directly behind Hyuga Satoru. His right hand had turned into an enormous spiraling bone spike, pressing firmly against the silver shield.

"You really never learn."

Suppressing the churning blood in his chest, Hyuga Satoru's eyes flashed with coldness.

A metallic snake suddenly branched off from the silver shield and slithered along the spiraling bone spike toward Kaguya Maro's body.

Kaguya Maro's pupils abruptly contracted. He did not dare hesitate any longer, directly shattering the bone spike on his right arm as his body rapidly descended and sank back into the Pale Bone Forest.

Hyuga Satoru tore open another scroll. A large number of metal ninja tools appeared and, empowered by the terrifying force of Electromagnetic Propulsion, transformed into Electromagnetic Cannons that fired at the ground.

Rumble!

Large numbers of bone spikes were destroyed, exposing a devastated stretch of ground. Yet the Pale Bone Forest seemed alive, rapidly spreading and growing to swallow the gaps once more.

"Are you trying to stall for time?"

Hyuga Satoru narrowed his eyes. Tyrant Mode was running out, and he had to deal with this guy quickly.

He turned to look toward where Anko had fled and murmured, "It's been so long. Anko should be far away by now."

Then he took a deep breath and stopped holding back. Chakra surged wildly within him.

He aimed his right hand at the ground and suddenly clenched it.

In an instant, the ground began to tremble unbelievably. Along with the vibrations, a vast Metal Jungle erupted from the earth, swallowing huge swathes of forest and savagely shredding the Pale Bone Forest.

Deep within the bone forest, Kaguya Maro's pupils trembled slightly.

"What kind of technique is this?!?"

His chakra surged wildly as he controlled the bone forest to grow again, trying to contend against the Metal Jungle. But the bones only solidified for an instant before being immediately ground into fragments.

Amid rumbling thunder, the black Metal Jungle completely suppressed the pale bone forest and continued advancing toward its center.

In midair, Hyuga Satoru lightly shook his clenched fist.

That Metal Jungle had nearly drained every metal particle from the ground within a radius of ten kilometers, continuously compressing the gaps between particles and greatly increasing their density.

Its hardness was far beyond anything bone could compare to!

Suddenly, his face went deathly pale, and he staggered in midair.

"Damn it, is Tyrant Mode about to end?"

In the distance, Anko, who was fleeing, sensed the ground shaking and immediately turned around.

She saw masses of black metal piercing through the ground, colliding wildly with the pale bone forest at the center.

The clash of black and white was clearly visible even from here.

"That is..."

Anko's pupils trembled slightly. Above the Metal Jungle that had erupted from the ground, she saw a tiny figure swaying unsteadily, as though he might fall at any moment.

"Satoru..."

In the sky.

Hyuga Satoru's face was pale as he gritted his teeth and squeezed out the last of his chakra.

Below, the black Metal Jungle had already swallowed more than half of the bone forest and continued pressing toward the center.

Seeing that he could no longer stop the Metal Jungle, Kaguya Maro's expression turned crazed. Savage blood vessels bulged in his eyes as he let out a hoarse roar.

"I'm going to die, so you have to die with me! Die with me!"

In that final moment, the Kaguya Clan's frenzied bloodline completely consumed him. He actually gave up resisting the Metal Jungle, mobilizing all his remaining chakra to make the surrounding bone forest grow and spread upward at extreme speed, charging directly toward Hyuga Satoru in midair.

This was his final, suicidal strike!

Without chakra to sustain it, the bone forest was swallowed by the Metal Jungle much faster. In the blink of an eye, it reached Kaguya Maro's side. Countless hard black metals pierced through his body, staining the surrounding pale bones red.

He was smiling, smiling madly.

"Hahahaha... You have to die too! You have to die!"

The rapidly growing bone spikes had arrived. Hyuga Satoru's pale eyes narrowed. The tremendous exhaustion in his body left him with almost no way to evade. The silver little snakes flowed swiftly, shielding his vital areas.

Squelch!

Several bone spikes pierced through his body. Blood ran down the pale bone spikes, dripping onto the Metal Jungle below.

The blue arcs of lightning dancing through his hair vanished. Hyuga Satoru felt intense pain completely engulf him.

Tyrant Mode had ended.

A clap of thunder suddenly rang out beneath the gray sky. Hyuga Satoru weakly lifted his head as a cold raindrop struck his face.

Then came a second drop...

Rain washed away the blood from his face, carrying off the last warmth from his body.

"It's raining."

His eyes trembled faintly as he gazed at the sky and murmured in a voice too weak to hear.

The torrential rain that had been brewing for so long finally fell as the battle reached its end...

Splash...

June rain always came fiercely. Within just a few breaths, the downpour had grown heavy, dense raindrops washing over the brutal battlefield.

Beside the shattered bone forest, Kaguya Maro's body had been pierced through by the dense Metal Jungle. His corpse had already gone cold in the rain, his face still bearing that final cruel smile.

Using the last of his strength, Hyuga Satoru slowly pulled his body free from the bone spikes. He fell from midair as the silver little snakes around him gathered into a fist-sized metal sphere and fell with him into the ruins.

In the heavy rain, Hyuga Satoru's eyelids felt as though they had been filled with lead, becoming unbearably heavy.

In his daze, he seemed to feel someone carry him on their back, stumbling through the pouring rain as a trace of warmth passed over from that person's body.

At the very end, his consciousness sank into darkness.
