Though Old Eagle had never seen Tianyi fight in person, the intelligence reports had made him think he already had a thorough understanding of Tianyi's strength.

But tonight, as he watched the burning building on the television screen, the circling helicopters, the dense rows of military vehicles, and the blasted wreckage, he realized he had been disastrously wrong.

Hundreds of elite agents, fully armed SWAT teams, Marine Corps elites, and all kinds of heavy weapons.
