"A strong fighter?"
Ryu Ishigori paused, curiosity flickering across his face.
"How strong?"
"Very strong. Three or four stories tall!"
Ryu Ishigori did not answer right away.
He stared at Naoya for two seconds, then slowly lowered his hand from his hair. The blue ball of light dissipated into the air as well.
He had assumed Naoya was like the other Culling Game players, here to fight and kill, but now it seemed there was something different about him.
Naoya breathed a sigh of relief, nearly collapsing to the ground.
He forced himself upright and leaned against the wall behind him, which his impact had cracked.
"Yuta Okkotsu, a special grade sorcerer and a descendant of the Fujiwara. He'll be entering the Sendai Colony soon."
He paused and looked up to gauge Ryu Ishigori's reaction.
"Under Maki Zenin's orders, he's entering the Culling Game to eliminate ancient sorcerers like you who've returned to life through incarnation, and collect points to end the Culling Game!"
The names "Yuta Okkotsu" and "Maki Zenin" left Ryu Ishigori rather confused.
He looked straight at Naoya and asked:
"Who are Yuta Okkotsu and Maki Zenin?"
Seeing that Ryu Ishigori was curious, Naoya brightened and immediately repeated what he had told Takako Uro.
This time, however, Naoya was much smarter about it. In his version of events, Maki Zenin was an evil member of the Zenin Family.
She had forged the will of Naoya's father, Naobito Zenin, and stolen the position of Head of the Family that rightfully belonged to him.
Although everyone in the Zenin Family desperately wanted him, the legitimate heir, to lead them, Maki's boyfriend, Yuta Okkotsu, was one of only two special grade sorcerers remaining in Jujutsu Society.
