When enemies met, their eyes burned with hatred. Sasuke's gaze turned fierce as he instantly formed Lightning Release: Chidori. His Sharingan opened swiftly, and he charged at Itachi Uchiha at incredible speed.
Itachi Uchiha kicked forward, striking Sasuke directly in the abdomen and sending him flying. Lightning Release: Chidori instantly dissipated.
Sasuke, sprawled on the ground, slowly sat up. Suddenly, his eyes went blank, and both eyeballs fell from their sockets into his palms.
Sasuke held his own eyeballs in both hands. The red-pupiled Sharingan rested in his palms.
Then an even stranger sight appeared. Sasuke's limbs gradually fell away, chunks of flesh peeled from his body, and his entire body turned into a puddle of mud.
"Impossible." Itachi Uchiha could not believe it. Sasuke had only taken one kick from him. How could that have turned him into a puddle of mud?
"Hey, Mr. Itachi, why does that Nine-Tails brat have a Sharingan?" Kisame Hoshigaki held up his massive weapon and pointed at Naruto. "The intelligence we received never said the Nine-Tails had a Sharingan."
Itachi Uchiha looked toward Naruto and immediately recognized the Sharingan in Naruto's right eye. It was clearly Shisui Uchiha's eye.
No wonder. So it was Shisui's eye. No wonder I fell under Genjutsu. Only the eye left behind by Shisui, the Uchiha Clan's strongest Genjutsu prodigy, could possess such power.
"Why do you have Shisui's eye?" Itachi Uchiha asked coldly, without a trace of emotion in his voice.
Naruto smiled, then immediately darted to Sasuke's side with a kunai in hand and pressed it against Sasuke's throat.
Everyone present was stunned!
Hinata covered her small mouth in shock.
After freezing for a moment, Kisame Hoshigaki burst out laughing.
Itachi Uchiha lowered his face from within his high collar, his eyes fixed intently on Naruto.
