The Fifth Hokage, Tsunade, moved like the wind and rushed in like lightning, storming into the patients' resting area with a grave expression.
Sure enough, she saw the Fifth Kazekage, Gaara, lying on a hospital bed.
On the bed beside Gaara lay none other than Kimimaro.
Ignoring Kimimaro, Tsunade walked straight to Gaara's bedside.

"How is the Fifth Kazekage? What exactly happened to put him here?"
"I'm not entirely sure. Naruto was the one who brought the Fifth Kazekage here. Only Naruto probably knows the details."
Tsunade glanced at Gaara on the bed and found him extremely weak, his eyes tightly shut and his breathing unsteady.
"Naruto—"
"I'm here, I'm here. What does the Hokage need me for?"
"Why is the Fifth Kazekage here?" Tsunade asked anxiously.
"Don't worry. We've done Sand Village a great favor."
"What exactly happened?" Tsunade's greatest concern was that Naruto had done something to harm Gaara. If Naruto truly had hurt Gaara, it could very well reignite a war between Konoha and Sand Village.
After all, three years ago, Sand Village had been deceived by Orochimaru, leading the two villages into war.
Afterward, Sand Village discovered that the Fourth Kazekage had actually been impersonated by Orochimaru, while the real Fourth Kazekage had long since been killed by him.
