"Where is One-Tail now?" Pain did not care about Itachi or Naruto Uzumaki at the moment. He only cared about the tailed beasts' whereabouts.
"Hidden Cloud Village!" Zetsu said. "I investigated Konoha. Neither One-Tail nor Nine-Tails was in Konoha. Naruto Uzumaki, the Nine-Tails' jinchuriki, suddenly left Konoha and even clashed with Konoha's ninja."
"Now, Naruto Uzumaki, the Nine-Tails' jinchuriki, has gone to Hidden Cloud Village. He also fought the Raikage."
Kakuzu was startled and hurriedly asked, "Naruto Uzumaki fought the Raikage? Who won?"

Pain continued asking, "How many tailed beasts are in Hidden Cloud Village?"
"Three." Zetsu recounted the intelligence he had gathered. "Two-Tails, Eight-Tails, and Nine-Tails are confirmed to be in the Hidden Cloud, while One-Tail's whereabouts are unknown. Naruto Uzumaki probably is the only one who knows where it is."
During the previous battle, Kakuzu had fought One-Tail Shukaku and lost no fewer than three hearts. It had been an enormous loss.
Kakuzu blamed all of it on Naruto. "Then we'll go to Hidden Cloud Village. While we're there, I'll look for suitable hearts."
Deidara immediately objected. "We're going to Konoha first. We deal with Itachi before anything else."
"No." Zetsu continued relaying the intelligence. "Itachi is with Naruto Uzumaki. He went to Hidden Cloud Village with Naruto."
Deidara froze, then instantly revealed a wild and arrogant grin. "Decided, then. We're going to Hidden Cloud Village, hmm."
"Then it's settled." As Akatsuki's leader, Pain gave his orders. "Deidara, Sasori, Kakuzu, Hidan, Konan, and... me will go to Hidden Cloud Village."
Even Zetsu began to feel excited. It was exceedingly rare for six Akatsuki members to act together.
It was only because they had failed two missions in a row. Otherwise, Akatsuki would never have sent six people on a mission together.
