Though they had long known that much of Honkai Impact 3rd's story likely depicted possibilities that might occur in the future, when Tesla saw the Wind Herrscher appear and fight Schicksal's three B-rank Valkyries to a standstill, she could not help complaining, "This Wind Herrscher is way too pathetic. It looks like artificial Herrschers are still nowhere near real, naturally born Herrschers!"
After all, during the Second Honkai War, that pufferfish had fought a whole group of the strongest warriors before finally going down. In that war, even A-rank Valkyries had been utterly useless, let alone three B-rank Valkyries.
Of course, Tesla had not yet recognized the identities of St. Freya Academy's starter Pokémon. If she had known that the Wind Herrscher had fought three Herrschers without losing, she would have understood why she was called the only King and the strongest Herrscher.
