"You're right." Gravik straightened his back and lifted his chin.
"I am Gravik. That name will become everyone's nightmare. There's no need for disguises anymore."
He released the researcher and set him back on the ground.
"Pagon." Gravik flexed his wrist, eager to test his newfound strength.
"General, I'm here." Pagon hurried in from outside the laboratory.
"I need a test." Gravik strode toward the door.
At the outdoor testing ground, Gravik stood with his eyes closed, sensing the changes within his body.
It was strange. He could feel power surging through him, yet beneath it lay a hollowness he could not explain.
Pagon came up beside him and suggested respectfully, "General, ordinary targets won't test your limits. Why not have those five soldiers who just received Homelander's genes spar with you?"
Gravik's eyes lit up.
