Thanos watched Homelander from afar. After hearing Proxima Midnight's request, his face showed no expression.
"The time has not come." Thanos rejected her proposal.
"Father..." Proxima Midnight still wanted to argue.
"Hatred will make you lose your reason, Proxima." Thanos cut her off. "There is no meaning in fighting now."
"Our primary objective is the Space Stone."
"Now that we know the Tesseract is in Grandmaster's hands, find him and take the stone."
Seeing that Thanos's attitude was resolute, Proxima Midnight could only force down the fury in her heart, not daring to defy his command.

She rose unwillingly and led Thanos toward Grandmaster's palace.
At the execution grounds.
After exchanging a few pleasantries, Star-Lord's expression grew unusually serious.
"Homelander, Thanos kidnapped Gamora." Star-Lord spoke earnestly. "I know you're strong. We need your strength. Help us."
Homelander silently nodded after hearing this. He said nothing, but his stance was already clear.

"Right now, I just want to find that old lunatic Grandmaster and take back the Tesseract."
Hearing that they were going to handle serious business, Brunnhilde said with feigned nonchalance:
"Since you all have your own big plans, then my job is done." She looked utterly unconcerned. "I'm going to the port now to find a ship and leave this hellhole..."
She paused, secretly glancing at Homelander from the corner of her eye.
"Of course... if you need my help, it's not like I can't stay..."
